We are not defeated!!!
THE MESSAGE BIBLE: ROMANS 8:31-39
So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us? And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God’s chosen? Who would dare even to point a finger? The One who died for us—who was raised to life for us!—is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us. Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ’s love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture...
So, what is weight loss to God? Add this scripture to your arsenal for whenever you are feeling defeated.

change your outlook from one of disappointment to one of rejoicing. Get

Real Food Defined Challenge...
Join me, take the "Real Food" challenge for just 10 days...
100 Days of Real Food Defined
Eating a diet consisting of real food is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. I have lost an additional 20 pounds that I didn't know I needed to lose by eating "real food". I not only look good but I feel better than I have ever felt. No bloating, weight gain, or feeling low on energy!
God blessed Daniel when he set himself apart by eating a wholesome diet and refusing to indulge in the king's food..."But Daniel determined in his heart that he would not defile himself...Daniel 1:8". Read the story in Daniel 1, it will bless you. Daniel and his friends were found to be 10 times more capable (in knowledge and wisdom) than the men who ate the king's diet of food and wine.
The same applies to us today, what we eat physically and spiritually affects our aptitude, and how we look and feel everyday. Take the challenge with me and lose pounds and inches over the next 10 days. We start on 3/27/14-4/6/14. If you feel and look better, don't stop-keep going!!

Meditate on these....2014 scriptures:
Hosea 4:1-6 (v-6) My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Proverbs 2 (v 2-4) Tune your ears to wisdom, and concentrate on understanding. Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding. Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures.
Proverbs 3 (13-16) Joyful is the person who finds wisdom, the one who gains understanding. For wisdom is more profitable than silver, and her wages are better than gold. Wisdom is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. She offers you long life in her right hand, and riches and honor in her left.
I Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
Psalms 37:30 Righteous chews on wisdom like a dog on a bone, rolls virtue around on his tongue. (MSG)
Romans 8:5-8 Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace. For the sinful nature is always hostile to God. It never did obey God’s laws, and it never will. That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.
Hebrews 11:1-6 (v.6) It’s impossible to please God apart from faith. And why? Because anyone who wants to approach God must believe both that he exists and that he cares enough to respond to those who seek him. (MSG)
2 Corinthians 5: 14-17 Either way, Christ’s love controls us. Since we believe that Christ died for all, we also believe that we have all died to our old life.He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them. So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now! This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
Proverbs 12:1 To learn, you must love discipline; it is stupid to hate correction.
Galatians 5:17 The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions.
Galatians 2:20 My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
I Corinthians 6:19-20 Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
